Okay so story time! My friend sent me an invitation to his graduation party for the 19th of May, which was a Sunday, (the only day in the week that I work from 12-3) and I said YES! A week later, my dear mother asked me if I wanted to go to Sukwinder Singh’s concert ( he is a Bollywood singer in case you didn’t know) and without asking about when the concert would be, I said yes. It was two days before Sunday when it hit me that the concert and the graduation party were ON THE SAME DAY! And to make this situation even worse, I had work before all the “fun” events with absolutely no time to change. This is when I pulled out my jumpsuit and wore three different ways, throughout the day for three different occasions. Since I love you all, I am going to give you two additional outfits, so enjoy!
I woke up in the morning, took a shower and threw on my jumpsuit. To make it look professional, I paired it with a blazer, put on some heels and left for work. Simple, comfortable and super cute!
Next, for the graduation party, I simply just took off the blazer, put on long earrings and a choker. Again, super simple and super cute!
For the concert, I took this cardigan looking thing and wore it over the jumpsuit. If you don’t have a cardigan like mine, any long cardigan will do the same. I paired the outfit with a pair of bandhani earrings to add more dimensions.
The next outfit can be used for two things. One, you can wear to any Indian family event and for my babies in India, you can wear this to college or even the temple and then take the kurta off and go party later! Also if you find it difficult to leave your house to go party, put a kurta on, get the outfit approved by you mom and take it off the second you step out, simple!
Lastly, you can pair the jumpsuit with an off shoulder top. Add a necklace and cute earrings and there, you have a cute outfit!
